Membership Policy
All memberships are valid for one month and automatically renew on the same date the following month.

To cancel your membership, please email play@surpriseshine.com at least 14 days before your next scheduled payment.
​
If notice is given less than 14 days before your renewal date, your membership will be billed for the following month and the cancellation will take effect after that billing cycle.
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
