If you’re an ESA family in Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, Buckeye, Wittmann, Wadell or the West Valley, booking summer camps can feel confusing—but it doesn’t have to be.
At Surprise & Shine, we offer three simple ways to secure your child’s spot using ESA funds.
💳 Option 1: Direct Pay Through ClassWallet (Most Popular for ESA Families)
This option allows ESA to pay the vendor directly.
Step 1:Call 480-621-5782 to speak with a director and request:
An invoice
An attestation form
Step 2: Log into ClassWallet and follow these steps:
Select Direct Pay
Enter camp amount under “Enter Payment Amount”
(Do not change service fee or vendor amount—it auto-calculates)
Upload:
Invoice (sent via email)
Attestation form
Select your ESA purse (ex: Arizona-ESA)
Choose expense category: “Tutoring and Teaching Services – Accredited Facility/Business”
Skip optional page if desired
Review and submit
This is the most common and streamlined option for ESA families.
💳 Option 2: Pay with ESA Debit Card (If Eligible)
If your ESA account includes a debit card, you can simply:
Use your ESA card at checkout
Secure your camp spot instantly
This is the fastest way to book if your account has card access.
🔁 Option 3: Pay First, Then Request Reimbursement
If you prefer to move quickly or secure a spot immediately:
Book and pay directly here: https://www.wellnessliving.com/rs/event/surpriseshine?k_business=651863&k_class_tab=71362&uid=55614487&id_class_tab=2
Then log into ClassWallet
Submit your receipt and attestation form for reimbursement
Great option if spots are filling and you don’t want to wait.
☀️ Not Using ESA? No Problem!
You can still book summer camps through these options:
